NCCN General Secretary Dr. K.B. Rokaya said that the election of the Constituent Assembly can no t be held under the current circumstances without finding a new ground for the continuation of the eight party unity. He said this while addressing a talk programme on "Nominating uncorrupt, clean and honest candidates for the Constituent Assembly" organized by Journalists against Corruption (JAC) in the capital on 2 August 2007.
